I had such a wonderful experience with Jeyran at The Lab Salon and Spa! She gave me an amazing long layered haircut that turned out exactly how I wanted. Jeyran was attentive and patient, she took the time to understand the look I was going for. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeyran to anyone looking for a talented stylist. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at the saloon; I was there for a haircut & hairstyling manner and the staff were fantastic by all means. Especially, Mozhgan who styled my hair with patience and precision and she kept asking that if the haircut and style are satisfactory or not. Moreover, Phenomenal experience; highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nataly at Lab Salon & Spa! She took her time (almost 2 hours) to give me the most perfect long layers. Nataly is incredibly sensible, patient, and attentive to what I wanted. I am so appreciative of her kindness and dedication to making sure my hair looked flawless. It’s rare to find someone so meticulous. Five stars all the way—highly recommend her!

Hi ❤ I had the most amazing experience getting my balayage done with Leila at The Lab Salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was super welcoming and professional. Leila really took the time to understand what I wanted and shared her expert advice to make sure the color would suit my skin tone and lifestyle. Even though we had a few communication issues along the way, everything worked out in the end and my hair turned out really beautiful. The balayage looks natural, well blended, and bright without damaging my hair. You can tell she’s very skilled and genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you so much for the experience ☺

I had a great experience with my eyebrows threading the lady did pretty good job but I’m not really satisfied with the haircut I got I had a thin hair and I wanted to look fuller and I told her I need face framing layers and I don’t want to mess up with my length well she did give me layer but my hair looks thinner than before and layers are not face framing at all. My suggestion would be to understanding what customer wants and then giving suggestion to customer.

I had an amazing balayage experience at The Lab Salon & Spa in Centerpoint Mall. The atmosphere was very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Leyla did my balayage and she was absolutely incredible — she really listened to what I wanted and gave honest recommendations based on my hair condition. The blend is super soft, the tone looks natural, and my hair still feels healthy and shiny. You can tell she’s very skilled and experienced, especially with blonde work and color correction. I’ve received so many compliments already! If you’re looking for balayage in North York / Toronto, I definitely recommend asking for Leyla. I’ll 100% be coming back.

I wish I could have given it no stars. I paid $45 for a simple manicure yesterday and this manicure didn't even have polish and I'm not satisfied at all because it wasn't even done well. I asked every other salon for the price for this manicure and it was twenty to twenty-five dollars. Please be fair in your work. I'm really sorry that you, our compatriots, are being so unfair.

Fatima cut my hair and she was very friendly and professional. She listened and did my hair the length I wanted and styled my hair very well at the end. I would highly recommend this salon.
